I build production software from scratch and inside large existing products: web, APIs, and mobile apps. Statewide workforce and wage-compliance systems, a geospatial inspection platform for energy and infrastructure, and a clinical portal for a medical-device therapy product.
I take work from the first idea through tests and a production release.

Statewide workforce and wage compliance
Replaced PDF payroll filings with a cloud portal for contractors and reviewers. Also built jobseeker and employer flows for a skills-based talent marketplace: accessible forms, role-specific dashboards, Next.js.

Geospatial inspection platform
Gave energy and infrastructure teams maps and image review for inspecting large portfolios, with org-scoped access and a shared React design system used across the product.
